Watch This Man Execute a Corkscrew Dive... and Land Right Next to a Great White Shark

We can find thrill seekers everywhere we turn. Whether it is someone we know, someone we see on TikTok, or someone on the news that has done something incredible or incredibly stupid, we might add. Some people just really love the thrill of skydiving, para trooping, bungee jumping, zip-lining, and the list goes on for eternity, it seems.

In the case of this short YouTube video clip shown below, we see a thrill seeker who is standing at the top of a rock plateau with his friends. He is looking down into the abyss of the water below, and his friends are daring him to jump off. As a word to the wise, we should never pressure someone to do something so foolish. It could very easily have ended in death and for more reasons than one, which we will get into.

However, for this thrill seeker, it does not seem like he needs very much persuasion. As he leaps up into the air, we see him dive down in a corkscrew-type fashion, which we cannot deny looks quite impressive. It is not this man’s first time doing something like this. A dive like this not only takes practice; it takes years to be able to complete something that pristine from a height like that.

Only once he dives off and lands in the water do we see the video commentators put the word “SHARK” in bold letters with an arrow where we can see a large shark just right near where this thrill seeker landed. To bring this even further, not only is it a large shark, but it is a great white shark at that!

If we look at some of the comments on this short YouTube clip, we see funny responses from people such as the following. “Shark-it’s raining humans! Hallelujah”, “And yet another example of why women live longer,” and “Cloudy with a Chance of Humans.”

Among thrill seekers’ adventures, one of the things they also love to do is to swim with sharks. But can you just swim with any old shark? Certainly, not a great white shark, being one of the most dangerous sharks in the world!

A common shark to swim with is the leopard shark. It is listed as the “least dangerous shark species to be utterly harmless to humans,” according to Scuba. The leopard shark is not an aggressive shark towards humans. They only weigh between 20-40 pounds and reach between 4-5 feet in length.
